Potato Salad


Peel about 10 potato (any brand or kind that you like) 
Cut into quarters (to decrease the cooking time) 

Wash and put into a pot and boiled for about 20 minutes. 
Next drain and roughly smash (I like mines with some chunks) 

Boiled about 5 eggs ... Then peel and roughly chopped and mix with the smash potato ... 

Seasoning: 
1/2 tsp Tony (or salt) 
1/4 tsp black pepper 
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 Cup mayo 
1 TBS mustard (you can decrease amount if you don't want it yellowish) 
2 TBS sweet relish 
2 TBS dill relish  
1 TBS minced red onion (optional) 

1/4 tsp sugar 

Mix all these into a bowl... Then pour over your smash potato and egg mixture. 

Garnish with some more paprika and chopped green onions (optional) 

(Depending on the size of your potato.. You might need to add more mayo or etc) 

Just season to your taste 

I love to eat my potato salad with BBQ ribs or a nice big juicy STEAK.
