Easy Grill Cheese Sandwich

Now that summer is here and we are out in the pool everyday... My kids snack all day long and so instead of chips or junk food... I rather give them a grill cheese sandwich. Takes me literally about 5 minutes to make and keeps them full longer.
Ingredients:
8 slices of cheese (my kids like American)
8 sliced of bread
Butter

10in NONSTICK FRYING pan

I would lay out all the bread then add a slice of cheese to each piece of bread.
Taking a 10in NONSTICK frying pan... I butter the frying pan and not the bread. I find that when I butter the bread.. It gets to soggy and ends up with too much butter. I just place a pat in the middle of pan and wait until it melts. Then I place 2 sandwiches in the pan. REMEMBER LEAVE THE HEAT ON LOW-Medium. About 30-45 secs add some more butter then flip the bread on the butter section. That is why I used a large frying pan.
another 30-45 seconds and the cheese have melted just perfectly and the bread has a nice brown crust

Enjoy!!!
