Food Prep

FOOD PREP 


I washed and clean all my veggies and fruits for this week.. Kids are out of school for the SUMMER. I don't know about your house but at mines..my kids eat every 5 minutes...so instead of grabbing a bag of potato chips or down thing unhealthy. I grab a fruit container or veggies with a pack of ranch dressing for the carrots or cucumber. 
It's a little work after you get home from the grocery store but during the week.. It saves you time and stress. 

I also made a few small container of chicken salad (the one with poppy seed dressing, red grapes and pecans). I can throw it on some Hawaiian bread or crackers.
