Grilled Salmon

Now that lent is upon us.. I will be making a Salmon dish at least twice a week. A friend of mines introduce me to this salmon seasoning that is delicious and you don't need anything but this seasoning.
I got the seasoning from my local grocery store for around $4.50 for 7oz size. 

Ingredients: 
Salmon filet 
Salmon seasoning (Magic from Chef Paul Prudhomme's) 

Direction: 
I cut the salmon into 3in thick filet and generously seasoning both side of each filet. I used an indoor grill since it was cold outside. I just added some olive oil and fried each piece of salmon until it was golden brown. 

We've with rice or over a SALAD.
