Blueberry Almond Bundt

My family love almond cake but to make from scratch is so hard when the kids are home for the summer.. So I usually make a cheat version when I don't have time. 

Preheat oven at 350 

Almond  Cake :
1 Box yellow cake mix 
1 box of pudding vanilla pie filling jello
1 C sour cream 
1 C silver almond 
4 Eggs
1/2 C veg Oil 
1/2 C water 
Almond extract 3 T 
1 C blueberry (add last ..and just find into the batter) 

***Mix all together *** 

****I usually add the silvered almond last n just fold it in the battered ***
Pour into GREASED BUNDT PAN
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. 


When cake is baking... Make the glaze 



Almond glaze:
2 C power sugar 
3 T melted butter ( I melt in microwave) 
2 T milk 
2+T  almond extract 
Depending on if you like it running ... I like it running because it harden up after you leave out. 
Mix it to the consistency that u like.. I usually add 1 t of milk at a time. 

Drizzle it all over then put more silvered almond over the top.. This time I added some fresh blueberry to garnish since I put some inside the cake.
