DRY RUB:
4 t brown sugar
2 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1 t paprika
1 t black pepper

2 CUP of Thai Rib Sauce. You can use more if you like lots of SAUCE.

GARNISH:
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1/2 cup chopped cilantro

***I cover my baking pan with FOIL to make cleaning easier because this RIB will make a mess and very sticky.

DIRECTION:
WASH the slab of ribs and PAT DRY. Set the ribs onto the baking pan.

In a small bowl....mix all the dry seasoning. Once the seasoning is well mix...I pour it over the ribs. Making sure to be generous with the seasoning and cover all areas of the ribs. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hrs...

Preheat oven to 350.

Bake the ribs at 350 for 1 hours---COVERED!! Then uncover and pour 2 cups Thai Rib sauce all over and bake for another 30-45 minutes UNCOVERED!! With a brush bast the Thai Rib Sauce over the ribs then  BROIL for a few seconds to get the caramelize top. Garnish with sliced green onion and chopped cilantro.

ENJOY!!!

Ribs washed and PAT DRY..on a  foiled cover baking pan. Makes cleaning
so much easier and faster because this rib will make a mess. The sauce is very sticky so
by covering with a foil you don't have to be scrubbing your baking pan ;)

                      Dry Seasoning Rub

Ready for the oven--been marinating for about 2 hrs in the refrigerator.

Bottle of Zea Thai Rib Sauce...got at my local grocery store. You can use any Thai Rib Sauce.

BBQ Baby Back Ribs

BBQ Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients:
2 TBS light brown sugar

1 TBS dry mustard
2 TBS smoke paprika
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp Tony Chachere's or a creole seasoning
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp kosher salt
2 racks of baby back ribs

Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl to make the dry rub, break up lumps with your fingers.  Remove the silver skin from the underside of the ribs by sliding your fingers under the thin membrane and pulling it off.  Repeat with the second rack.  Rub the ribs on both sides with the dry rub.  Place ribs in a single layer on a large roasting pan and cover tightly with heavy duty foil.  Place the pan in the oven and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove from oven and uncover foil.  Cover generously with your favorite BBQ sauce and place on a medium warm (ours is usually just hot) grill for about 5-8 minutes.  Grilling each side until the ribs are nice and caramelized .. I love the grilling taste with the BBQ sauce

If you don't have a grill you can place under the broiler for a couple of minutes. Remember to kept a very close eye on them when it's under the broiler.

Garnish with sliced green onion

I made these for the Memorial weekend.. Delish... We love to eat our BBQ Ribs with creamy garlic potato salad
